With so many offerings on the market, it becomes difficult for the uninitiated to distinguish between what is real and what is hype. We introduced the first MindSpa in 2002. We entered the field in 1990. Use MindSpa regularly and you will keep using it like tens of thousands of others. We are different from the others and that is why we give you 90 days. We promise success.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, return the entire system with original packaging within 90 days of the date of purchase. For US purchases, we will refund your full cost, less a modest $19.95 outgoing shipping/handling charge on all MindSpa System purchases returned less than sixty days from date of purchase.

For returns of 61 – 90 days;
In addition to the shipping charge we must deduct the non-refundable credit card service charge. The credit card charge generally runs approximately 3.3% US orders, and up to 4.0% for Intl. orders.

For accessories; flat 15% return fee + outgoing postage if shipped from us no cost. (Our return rate is about zero.)

Contact us before returning your product. Return must be sent using a shipping service that offers proof of shipment and tracking. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. When return approval is issued, please forward your tracking information.

*System must be returned complete, in undamaged condition with all accessories and manual. Deductions for missing accessories will apply. Please retain original packaging and return in original box.
